As the Financial Manager at Helderberg Village, I’m responsible for overseeing the financial health and integrity of our organisation. My role involves everything from budgeting and forecasting to managing day-to-day financial operations and ensuring full compliance with financial regulations and governance standards. I work closely with the CEO, the Board of Directors, and departmental heads to provide accurate reporting, support strategic decision-making, and ensure that our financial systems run smoothly and transparently. For me, it’s about more than just numbers — it’s about supporting the long-term sustainability of the Village so that we can continue to provide exceptional service, care, and value to our residents and community.
