As CEO of Helderberg Village, I have the privilege of leading a well-established and respected community in Somerset West. My career has spanned leadership roles across lifestyle estates, sporting environments, and the care sector, giving me both operational insight and a clear strategic outlook.
My priority is to ensure that residents experience not only safety and quality of life but also a sense of stability and trust in how the Village is run. Working closely with our Board of Directors and a dedicated team, I focus on making decisions that balance day-to-day needs with long-term sustainability.
I believe in straightforward, empathetic leadership — providing clarity, accountability, and consistency. For me, this role is about more than management: it’s about responsibility to the people who call Helderberg Village home, and ensuring the Village continues to be a place they are proud to live in.
