As the Executive Chef at Helderberg Village, I have the pleasure of leading our kitchen team in creating fresh, high-quality meals that bring people together. My role goes beyond preparing food — it’s about crafting dining experiences that are thoughtful, nourishing, and tailored to the diverse tastes and dietary needs of our residents. I oversee menu planning, food sourcing, and kitchen operations, for delivery in both our fine dining restaurant and the Slices coffee shop. I take great pride in maintaining high culinary standards while fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere in every dining setting. For me, cooking is a way of connecting with people — and I’m committed to ensuring that every meal served is both a comfort and a celebration.
