As the Admissions Coordinator for our healthcare facility at Helderberg Village, I support residents and their families through one of the most important transitions — the move into a care environment. I manage the full admissions process, after the assessments. From initial enquiries to finalising placement and coordinating with the nursing and administrative teams to ensure a smooth, compassionate experience. My role is about more than just logistics — it’s about listening, understanding each person’s unique needs, and providing reassurance every step of the way. I take great care in making sure our admissions process is respectful, transparent, and aligned with the dignity and comfort we strive to offer in all areas of care.
