With a background in architecture and construction, I proudly serve as the Building Compliance Officer at Helderberg Village. I’m responsible for ensuring that all building work within the estate meets the required standards, regulations, and guidelines. My role involves reviewing building plans and applications for improvements on the common property, inspecting ongoing projects, and working closely with residents, contractors, management, and the Architectural Review Committee to ensure compliance with architectural guidelines and safety requirements.
