Liaison Officer
As the Liaison Officer at Helderberg Village, my role is all about connection and care. I serve as a bridge between residents and management, offering practical support while also being a compassionate presence — especially for residents facing personal challenges. A big part of my day involves welcoming new residents: preparing their units, making sure they feel settled, and coordinating a warm introduction to our CEO, management team, board members, and club leaders through a formal welcome event. I also assist families during times of loss, particularly when loved ones are overseas, by helping to ensure that communication is clear, kind, and timely. This role is dynamic and deeply people-focused — and I’m passionate about promoting the emotional, physical, and social well-being of every resident who calls Helderberg Village home.
