With a strong background in operations and human resources within the security industry, I joined Helderberg Village Master Homeowners Association two years ago to lead our HR and Payroll function. Alongside my assistant, I support a team of 220 dedicated employees who contribute daily to making Helderberg Village a premier lifestyle estate — not only for our residents and visitors, but also for those who choose to build their careers here. At the heart of our work is a deep commitment to creating a respectful, professional, and people-centred environment. Whether it’s guiding policies, managing payroll, or supporting our team members’ career growth and well-being, I believe that a strong people culture is key to the Village’s continued success.
