Helderberg Village boasts a very active Bowling Club, with members of all ages and abilities playing "Tabs In" together every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday afternoon.
Bowls afternoons take place on the bowling greens, directly opposite the Village Clubhouse. Our activities include fun afternoons, club competitions for members of different ability levels, and, on occasion, we play host to other local clubs during the season.
We are affiliated with Bowls South Africa and welcome new players, as well as novices, for whom free club coaching is available—along with the use of club bowls.
Afternoon play culminates in a friendly drink at the Club bar. We are not a big club, but a very friendly group of people who play bowls for enjoyment and exercise, and who will be happy to welcome you.
