NOTES:

1. The concert venue is usually Talani. The September orchestral concert will be held in the Club House.

2. Subscriptions are due in March 2009 and are valid until the last day of February 2010, namely the end of the financial year.

3. Resignations must be in writing and reach the Club Office by the 1st March of the relevant year.

4. Any changes to the 2009/10 programme will be published in the Village Newsletter. Non-resident members are requested to check with any of the above-named Committee Members as to whether or not any last minute changes have been made in respect of a particular concert.

5. The Annual General meeting has been scheduled for 18 January 2010.
